Lenderseekers.co.uk: The Home of the List of Payday Loan Direct Lenders.

Please remember that we are not the Lender, we are your Research Tool and using our Service you can make an informed and calculated choice as to which Lender you prefer.

Once you have applied for a loan with a Lender, please refer to your Lender with regards to any queries specific to that loan.

If you have any queries regarding our Services or Loans in general, then we would be more than happy to receive your email and respond to any questions that you might have.

PS: Do please take care when taking out any Loans. We have heard about Cold Callers contacting people and offering them loans while pretending to represent legit Lenders. Be warned that they ask for monies up front as a fee; this is a scam. Watch out for this, folks and Report it!

Legitimate Lenders do not cold call requesting fees up front for anything. Do please remember that. If you are unsure, go to the Lenders website and call the number that they have there to confirm if it was indeed them who called you.

Complaints Procedure

At lenderseekers.co.uk we take Complaints very seriously and welcome your feedback so that we can assist you and improve our website services.

Your right to complain

We strive to offer a vital service and our track record is excellent. However, every so often someone comes away feeling unhappy about something.

Unfortunately, these things happen. We know we are not perfect. But we aim to be. That is why we have a complaints procedure. Sometimes we can put things right; sometimes we can only explain ourselves and apologise. But we do want to learn from our mistakes. What you tell us helps to improve our service to you.

We will treat your complaint confidentially, seriously and quickly.

What can I do?

It is important to let us know that you are unhappy and to give us the chance to put things right. Please be as detailed as you can and provide all information you think would help us to deliberate your Complaint.

Making a formal complaint

There are two ways to make a complaint. You can put the information in a letter and send it to the address on the bottom of this page or email us at the address provided above. We do not have a Call Centre so telephone contact is not possible.

Review of your complaint

Please allow up to 72 hours for your complaint to be addressed albeit we will of course endeavour to reply to you as quickly as possible.

In the event that you are still not satisfied after we have responded, please contact the Financial Ombudsman: www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk
